Treble triumph for Llanmoor at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards
23-Jun-2017

Llanmoor Homes is delighted to announce that three of its site managers have been awarded highly prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards for 2017.
Mark Thomas, Site Manager at Llanmoor’s Waterloo Gardens development in Newport, Dale Dickenson, Site Manager at Padfield Court in Tonyrefail, and Dave Vincent, Site Manager at Bryn Meurig in Llanharry, were all recognised for their exceptional work for the family-run housebuilder.
Running for 37 years, Pride in the Job is the housebuilding industry’s most distinguished awards programme dedicated to recognising the site managers who achieve the highest standards in housebuilding.
Mark, Dale and Dave all received the award after a series of site visits by the NHBC judges, where they assessed the site managers on how they handle issues such as health and safety, cost control, customer care and site efficiency.
All three site managers will now go forward to compete for the Seal of Excellence in the next stage of the competition later this year.
Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor Homes, said: “This is another fantastic achievement for Mark, Dale and Dave and a well deserved reward for their continuous hard work and dedication to housebuilding industry.
“As a company, we’ve achieved huge success so far this year and awards like this are not only testament to the work put in by the site managers, but also a huge credit to everyone who has a part to play in Llanmoor achieving exceptionally high standards across all of our developments.”
Llanmoor Homes currently has 6 developments across South Wales. Having just celebrated its most successful financial year to date, the company was recently identified in London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report.
