Due to further expansion and promotions we are seeking to immediately employ an Administration Clerk to work alongside our existing teams based at the Company Head Office in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taff

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will carry out a variety of general administrative roles which will include:

  • Welcoming Visitors to the office
  • Primary answering, screening and redirection of incoming telephone calls
  • Opening, sorting and distribution of daily mail and e- mails both incoming and outgoing
  • Preparation and distribution of various documents to our operational sites and sales centres
  • Activation of addresses and postcodes upon occupation of any new homes
  • General filing, photocopying, scanning and administrative duties
  • Inputting of data onto our computer system, including updating of databases and updating records
  • Managing office supplies – ordering in / purchasing as and when necessary
  • Ability to use a computer as to basic typing skills, production of word, excel, etc documents

The successful candidate will be required to be well presented, have a professional attitude, excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Previous experience in office administration is vital
