Trainee -Sales Advisor

We’re hiring a Trainee Sales Advisor

A business that prides itself on being a family run developer in South Wales, looking to grow its sales team with hard working, self-motivated and career driven individuals to start as soon as possible. The candidate would look forward to working in a supportive and rewarding environment. Working alongside Sales Advisors who will mentor and encourage the progression of the candidates. A training plan would be followed for a 6 – 12 month period depending on existing experience. On completion of the training period the qualified Sales Advisor would then become entitled to enter the sales commission scheme and move to a more permanent sales centre.

A hard-working energetic individual.

Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.

Good customer service skills

Resilient, organised, and self-motivated.

Someone who is eager to learn.

IT literate Microsoft Office, internet, and email systems.

Car Driver with own vehicle.
