With phase one already completed and phase two underway and due for build completion during late 2021, Amanda Davies, Group Chief Executive of Pobl Group and Neil Barber, Managing Director joined our Sales Director, Tim Grey, at Hawtin Meadows in Pontllanfraith, near Blackwood.

Tracey Grey is the talented interior designer behind all of our showhomes. Having designed many show homes for us, she has a huge amount of experience and has learned a thing or two along the way. She said: “Llanmoor has a number of developments across South Wales, it is my responsibility to design and create every show home interior for the company, taking them from my initial ideas to the reality of a completed and fully furnished home.” She adds: “My role as interior designer is to show each home at its very best, using current themes/trends to sell the dream of living in a beautiful new Llanmoor Home.”

We recently caught up with the lovely Georgia Morgan, our trainee Sales Negotiator at our Cae Sant Barrwg site, to see how she’s getting on.
