Welsh housebuilder Llanmoor Homes has welcomed an announcement by the Welsh Government that the Help to Buy – Wales scheme will be extended beyond 31st March 2016.

Family-run housebuilder Llanmoor Homes has sponsored Crawshay’s Welsh Rugby Club for their upcoming summer tour.

Llanmoor Homes has donated £2,500 towards the Club’s summer tour that will take place in June. Crawshay’s, working in partnership with the WRU and playing under the title of Crawshay’s WRU President’s XV, will be jetting off to Georgia, where the Senior XV team will play the Georgian Under 21 Team and the National Team in Tbilisi.

Llanmoor Homes’ Contacts Manager, Miles Deere, has recently celebrated 25 years working for the family-run housebuilder. $0$0Miles was presented with a watch at Llanmoor’s annual staff party to thank him for his long-term commitment to the company. $0$0Miles, originally from Llantwit Major, is an experienced construction professional, having worked in the industry for almost four decades. Miles started his career at a building company as an apprentice bricklayer, rising quickly to the role of Site Manager at just 25 years old. Miles then joined Llanmoor in 1989 as Site Manager, managing several sites across Rhondda Cynon Taff, before being promoted to Contracts Manager in 2006. $0$0Miles, now a father of 3 and grandfather or 6, said: “My decision to join Llanmoor Homes in 1989 was a result of recommendations from contractors already working for the company, and since my first day I have never looked back.
