Llanmoor welcomes new Receptionist
Training staff to deliver exceptional customer service is a top priority for award-winning Welsh home builder Llanmoor Homes, which is why we are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Receptionist, Megan Capelin.
How long have you worked for Llanmoor Homes?
I started working for Llanmoor at the start of December 2020, so I have worked here for nearly two months.
How has your experience been so far?
My experience so far at Llanmoor has of course been impacted by the current circumstances that we are unfortunately living with at the moment. Beginning a new job with the Covid-19 restrictions in place has come with its challenges, such as not yet being able to meet all of my colleagues yet. Those that I have met have been so welcoming and are always on hand to help with any questions I may have.
What skills have you learned since you started?
The property sector is new to me, it’s been really interesting to learn more about the range of homes that we build. Although I love new builds, I’ve never actually been inside one so I’m really looking forward to seeing the different sites when we are able to again.
What do you enjoy most about working for Llanmoor?
Whilst I’m still learning about the types of homes we build, I enjoy helping customers with any queries they have about new homes at a current development or a development that is coming up in the near future.
What are you most looking forward to about your future with Llanmoor?
I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the team and seeing the progression of the new developments we have commencing this year.
Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor says, “As a result of internal promotion we have expended our Head Office staffing. Megan was selected from a large number of applicants as we felt that her previous face to face customer experience in her previous job and happy demeanor would be very beneficial as the front of house receptionist here at Llanmoor. Whilst the office is not running on full staffing at present, we look forward to a return of all staff in the medium term and feel sure that Megan will get along very well as part of the team here.”
