We’re delighted to welcome Martyn Richards in the role of Development Engineer at Llanmoor Homes.

His early years in the industry were spent at Newport City Council working as a Senior Engineer in the highway development management team. Martyn was subsequently employed by one of the National new home developers for six years.

“I am honoured to have been given the opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated and highly respected team, bringing forward a number of major developments across South Wales. I saw the move as an excellent opportunity to expand my own experience and knowledge, specifically with involvement in larger strategic developments,” said Martyn.
