Family-run housebuilder, Llanmoor Homes, is celebrating after recently winning a prestigious South Wales LABC Building Excellence Award at this year’s LABC Regional Awards.

Llanmoor Site Manager, Dave Vincent, was awarded ‘Best Site Agent’ for his outstanding achievements in building new homes of exceptional quality at the company’s Bryn Meurig development in Llanharry.

The LABC Building Excellence Awards is the largest business to business awards in the building control sector and is aimed to reward high-quality construction. Judged to strict criteria, companies and site managers are assessed on factors such as their working relationships, project management, innovation and problem solving.

The coveted ‘Best Site Agent’ award is granted to individuals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure an outstanding working relationship with local authorities.

Having worked for Llanmoor for 19 years, Dave is no stranger to success and has previously won an LABC Building Quality Award four times, a record which accurately underlines his commitment to the South Wales construction industry.
