Help To Buy Wales has been extended to 2025 – come along to find out how the scheme can help you purchase a new home (it’s not just for first-time buyers!)

Llanmoor Homes are excited to announce a Help to Buy weekend being held on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th April across all of their developments. During the event, potential homebuyers can learn about the recently extended Help to Buy – Wales scheme and how it can help them purchase their dream new build home.

The Help to Buy – Wales scheme is designed to provide support to first-time buyers and existing homeowners looking to purchase a new home. It offers a shared equity loan of up to 20% of the cost of a new build home and a minimum deposit of just 5%, making the home-buying process accessible to all. The scheme has been recently extended until April 2025, with an increased limit of up to £300,000, in line with the average house prices in Wales.
