Following a year of great success and expansion, Welsh-housebuilder Llanmoor Homes is delighted to announce two new appointments, Sam Jones and Michele Bebbington, to its award-winning team.

Sam Jones, 27, left school at the age of 16 and immediately started working on a Llanmoor development to complete his bricklaying apprenticeship. Having now worked for Llanmoor for a number of years, Sam was given the opportunity to further his career within the company and begin working as a Trainee Site Manager.

Sam said: “Moving into a managerial role was something I’d wanted to do for a while, so when I was asked if I’d like to train on the job I was thrilled. It’s a fantastic feeling when your employer supports you the way Llanmoor have with me so I feel very proud to be a part of the Llanmoor team.

“It’s a lot of fun working on the Llanmoor developments, everyone is incredibly welcoming and the help I’ve received so far has been brilliant. I’m really looking forward to working on a few more developments and seeing first-hand how the company develops.”

Michele Bebbington, from Crick, recently joined Llanmoor Homes as an experienced Sales Negotiator. Having previously worked in a number of sales positions across South Wales and the South West, Michelle brings with her over 25 years of experience in the new homes sales industry.

“I initially came to Llanmoor Homes through an agency as temporary cover and quickly noticed how different it was from other housebuilding companies I’ve worked for in the past” said Michele. “Unlike other housebuilders I’ve worked for, Llanmoor is a family-run company which makes for a much friendlier environment.

“Llanmoor take a great deal of pride in everything they do so the quality of the build really is second to none. I’ve learnt a lot from working across all of the developments and am excited to use my experience to build a career with the company.”
