Llanmoor Homes” building excellence awarded

Family-run house builder Llanmoor Homes is celebrating after recently winning a prestigious South Wales LABC Building Excellency Award at the 2014 awards ceremony.

Llanmoor Site Manager, Jeremy White was awarded ‘Best Site Agent’ for his outstanding achievements in building new houses of exceptional quality at the company’s Pentre Felin development in Tondu.

The LABC Building Excellence Awards reward high-quality construction and recognise design teams who have overcome technical issues by developing innovative and creative solutions. New for this year, ‘Best Site Agent’ was awarded to an employee who has stood out by going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure an outstanding working relationship with the local authority.

Pentre Felin features 165 two, three & four bedroom semi and detached homes and offers many of Llanmoor’s most popular designs, suitable for a range of house buyers.

Jeremy White has worked for Llanmoor for 9 years, having joined the company in 2005 and was recognised by the LABC for his clear and concise communication with Bridgend Building Control, and his meticulously maintained sites.

Jeremy will now go forward to the National LABC Building Excellency awards in November, where he will compete against Site Managers from across the UK.

Jeremy said: “It is a real honour to receive this award. I was thrilled to win at the Bridgend Building Awards, and to then be awarded best in South Wales was a wonderful surprise. I am very lucky to work with a fantastic team at Pentre Felin and I could not have got this award without them, so I must say a big thank you to everyone on the site for their hard work over the last year.”
