Llanmoor Homes becomes new sponsor of Pentyrch RFC

Award-winning Welsh housebuilder, Llanmoor Homes, has announced that they will be supporting Pentyrch RFC this season with a new sponsorship offering.

Llanmoor has contributed £1,000 to the local rugby club which will go towards providing kits for the First XV team. This year, the club has had a record number of attendees at training sessions and, for the first time in many years, will also have a second team and veteran’s team.

Family-run Llanmoor were keen to support the growing squad and the company’s logo will appear on the new jerseys as well as being proudly displayed on banners around the pitch at home games.

Pentyrch RFC has seen the introduction of a new coaching regime and increased player base, and with the continued support of local businesses, the team is going from strength to strength and is up for another successful season.

Llanmoor Homes is directed from its headquarters in Talbot Green and Managing Director, Simon Grey, has strong links to the local club having been part of the team for many years and captain for several seasons.

Tim Grey, Sales Director of Llanmoor Homes, said: “We are extremely excited to sponsor Pentyrch RFC as the club has had close links to our family for many years! The upcoming season has the potential for great success and the growth of the local club is fantastic to see. As a business we are proud to support the close-knit communities in the areas we are developing in, and are always looking for opportunities to help out where we can”.

Commenting on the new sponsorship Bob Hannah, Chairman of Pentyrch RFC, said: “We’re approaching the new season with great optimism for the forthcoming fixtures. We have a new coaching regime and plenty of hardworking players, so the outlook is looking bright for our club.

“The support of local organisations such as Llanmoor is the life blood of small clubs like us, and the support makes a real difference to the club and our players.”
