Llanmoor Homes appoints Sigma 3 Kitchens to work in partnership on future developments
Award-winning homebuilder, Llanmoor Homes, has announced a new partnership with fellow Welsh company, Sigma 3 Kitchens. Sigma 3 will be supplying all the kitchens for at least three of Llanmoor’s current developments with a view to continue working together on future developments in South and East Wales.
Llanmoor initially chose Sigma to work with them on their Elms Farm development in Llanharry, and has since appointed them to supply their second Newport development, Waterloo Gardens at Mon Bank, with 85 kitchens from their brand new Trade range to a selection of Llanmoor’s most popular two, three and four bedroom homes.
It has since been confirmed that Llanmoor will also be working in partnership with Sigma on their latest development, Bryn Meurig at Llanharry, where the first releases are anticipated in March. The development will consist of 77 one, two, three and four bedroom homes, all of which will feature Sigma kitchens.
The kitchens will be available in a range of colours and styles depending on house type, but all will feature upgraded 30kg capacity Noble drawer boxes and soft-close hinges. The materials for the cabinets and many of the doors will be sourced and manufactured in the UK.
Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor Homes, said: “We pride ourselves on the quality of our homes, and that comes down to fixtures and fittings as well as build. With that in mind, Sigma 3 were an obvious choice to supply our kitchens because the quality of their product is really exceptional.
“It’s a joy to be able to work with another local, Welsh company. The finished kitchens in our two show homes at Waterloo Gardens look fantastic and we’re looking forward to continuing to work in partnership with Sigma 3.”
Brian Lakin, CEO of Sigma 3 Kitchens, said: “We were delighted when Tim approached us about supplying the kitchens for some of Llanmoor’s developments. Llanmoor have been a staple of the Welsh house building industry for many years and we’re proud to be working in partnership with them, supplying products from our brand new Trade range.”
