Llanmoor Homes announce new Gerddi Pentref development in Coity

Local house builders Llanmoor Homes are delighted to announce they will soon be opening a new development in Coity, Bridgend.

The site name, Gerddi Pentref, was chosen as a result of a recent competition held among pupils at Coety Primary school  to suggest a name. The development will feature 93 two, three and four bedroom homes, with the first releases expected in February.

Gerddi Pentref will form part of the new community of Parc Derwen in Coity, which is to include a brand new primary school, community centre, retail centre and playing fields. The development is ideally located in a semi-rural location close to Bridgend.

Llanmoor are currently developing brand new homes at three separate locations in Bridgend. With nearby Llys Derwen set to sell out soon and Pentre Felin, Tondu having been the company’s most successful development during 2013, Llanmoor are looking to celebrate the same success at Gerddi Pentref.

The new development will feature 14 different house styles, including Llanmoor’s ever popular 2-bedroom ‘Chelsea’, and the recently introduced 4-bedroom ‘Llanmaes’ with its bespoke glass screen, and a range of other 3 and 4-bedroom homes, perfect for first time buyers to growing families.
