Award-winning Welsh housebuilder, Llanmoor Homes, is celebrating 50 years working with their chosen bank, Barclays. Llanmoor have been working with Barclays Bank since the company began in 1966. The partnership anniversary also coincides with Llanmoor’s 50^th anniversary of trading, which the house builder is celebrating this year.

Llanmoor Homes’ founder, Brian Grey, began working with Barclays Bank when he started looking for the pieces of land that would become some of Llanmoor’s first developments. Thanks to previous qualifications and experience working as a Chartered Accountant, Brian was able to foster important relationships with local farmers and business owners to acquire land for developing and with the assistance of Barclays Bank to gain the funding needed to get the company off the ground.

50 years on from the inception of the company, Llanmoor Homes remains a family-owned company and is now run by Brian Grey’s three sons – Tim, Simon and Matthew Grey. 2015/16 was a fantastic year for Llanmoor, with a record number of completed sales.

Llanmoor Homes is one of the only remaining large scale, privately owned house builders in South Wales. Established in 1966, Llanmoor Homes will be celebrating its 50^th year of trading this year. The company is directed from its headquarters in Talbot Green by brothers Simon, Tim and Matthew Grey.
