Llanmoor celebrate show home launch at Bethesda Field
Llanmoor Homes are celebrating after a very busy opening weekend for the ‘Llanmaes’ show home at their Bethesda Field development in Rogerstone.
The Llanmaes, which opened this month, is a generous four bedroom family home which features 3 double bedrooms and an ensuite master. This stylish show home also offers a spacious kitchen diner with useful separate utility. The bespoke feature ash framed glass wall in the large family lounge adds a unique charm to the property since it is something that no other housebuilder currently offers.
The development is Llanmoor’s first in the Newport area and looks set to further establish its reputation for building high quality homes whilst providing a friendly and easy buying process. Situated just off Cefn Road in the village of Rogerstone, Newport, the development offers an enviable location that is sure to make it popular amongst families and commuters.
The development will be particularly attractive to families since it falls within the catchment area for the popular Bassaleg School. The school was rated ‘Good’ with many features rated as ‘Outstanding’ in its most recent Estyn inspection.
Upon completion, the development will feature just 22, three and four bedroom detached homes, all built to the high standard that customers have come to expect from Llanmoor Homes. All five of the development’s three bedroom properties have now been sold whilst 7 of the remaining 17 four bedroom homes have been reserved. These homes comprise of a range of Llanmoor’s most popular styles, including the ‘Newton’, the ‘Llandow’, the ‘Llancarfan’ and the ‘Colwinston.’
The homes at Bethesda Field are all built to ‘Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3’ with special features to help families lead a more environmentally friendly lifestyle. This includes additions such as a larger garage with a bicycle rack and a rainwater harvester installed in the garden which saves water and money at the same time. In addition, all properties will have an Energy Display devise to show the home owner exactly what energy they are using.
Many of the homes at Bethesda Field are available for purchase through the government funded Help to Buy – Wales scheme. This scheme enables first time buyers and existing home owners to purchase a new build property up to the value of £300,000 with as little as a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage. Home buyers can then take on an equity loan of up to 20% of the home value from the Welsh Government.
Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor Homes said: ‘We are very excited about this new development as it marks our first venture in the Newport area.
“The show home is truly stunning and anyone who is thinking of buying from us will not be disappointed if they come and pay it a visit. This is set to be one of our most popular developments as many sales had been made before the show home even opened and interest has been incredibly high from the outset.”
