Talk to a financial adviser

One of our recommended independent financial advisors will help you to work out your finances as to the maximum value of home you will be able to purchase and will offer a helping hand with any mortgage arrangements to enable you to proceed to purchase a Llanmoor Home.

Step 2

Book an appointment with us

Book an appointment with a member of our Sales team to discuss the property you are interested in and discuss the Agents Fee Payment*. Llanmoor will pay or contribute towards the Estate Agents fees depending on the price of the property you wish to purchase from us.

*The Contribution towards fees will be Plot dependant and will be discussed prior to reservation of your New Llanmoor Home

Step 3

Book your valuations

Upon confirmation that you wish to sign up to the Scheme our Sales advisor will make all of the arrangements as to requesting that our two partnering Estate Agents contact you to book in the valuations and photographs of your existing home.

Step 4

Set price and list your property

Once the valuations have been carried out the Estate Agents will contact Llanmoor to advise us of their suggested marketing price.

We will contact you at that point to discuss the valuations and seek to agree with you the price at which the Estate Agents propose to market your home, this generally being an average of the two valuations. Subject to your confirmation of the marketing price you will enter into a written agreement with both Estate Agents to list your property for sale and they will be acting for you in respect of the sale.

With two agents working to sell your property at what they consider to be a saleable price your chances of achieving a sale will be far better than marketing with just one agent. We will be keeping in regular contact with the Estate agents as to the best marketing of your home, any viewings that have taken place and any offers which may have been made.

Step 5

Agree the sale & reserve your Llanmoor Home

Upon your receiving an offer for your home and accepting the offer from a proceedable buyer you will be in a position to reserve a brand new Llanmoor Home. We will check your chain and obtain all of the information relating to your sale in order that we can assist your sale to proceed smoothly to an exchange of contracts and legal completion.

We have negotiated a fixed fee with our partnering Estate Agents and subject to your proceeding to purchase a Llanmoor home concurrently to your sale we will make a contribution towards the Estate Agents fee.
