Seen the Llanmoor Homes of your dreams but it has not yet been commenced or released for sale? The Llanmoor Homes Early Bird Scheme gives you the opportunity to secure first option to purchase selected homes.
The scheme is available on selected properties only and you must be in a position to proceed to contract exchange at the time of your Early Bird reservation. In the event that you have a property to sell and that such property has not yet been sold ‘Subject to Contract’ or if the sale has not been exchanged or legally completed, we will be unable to accept an Early Bird Reservation.
Please note that only 1 Early Bird reservation can be taken per customer. We are unable to accept Early Bird reservations on multiple plots from one customer.
Pre-reservation checks
We will need you to speak to our recommended financial advisor to run an affordability check before we will be able to accept an Early Bird reservation. This will give both parties peace of mind and advice on how to ensure that you are in a good position financially when the property is released for sale. Whilst we do require that you speak to the recommended financial advisor, you are not obliged to use such advisor for your mortgage arrangements should you wish to make your own arrangements

Subject to the above being in order just put down a £150.00 refundable Early Bird reservation and sit back and wait for the property to be released for sale. We will not be in a position to confirm a price for the property prior to its formal release. Once the property is released for sale, we will contact you to advise you of the release price before its general release. You will have 48 hours to advise us if you wish to proceed to a full reservation and we will again run a check on your ability to proceed to contract exchange. Up to this point the Early Bird reservation fee is fully refundable.
