What Our Customers Say

First resident at Bethesda Field

Daniel Brewster was the first resident to move into Llanmoor’s Bethesda Field development in early 2015 and has been delighted with his 4 bedroom detached, ‘Llandow’ home.

Having always lived in the Newport area, he took the plunge and purchased his first home just 10 minutes up the road from his previous address.

Daniel said: “I picked Bethesda Field because it is in a good location and allows for a really quick commute to Cardiff, where I work.

“As a first time buyer I didn’t really have much knowledge of home builders but I visited the show homes at some of Llanmoor’s existing developments and really liked the style of them. They are of a very good quality and are well laid out. The finish of the homes is something that also stood out to me as there seems to be great attention to detail and the high quality of the finish of Llanmoor’s homes is very noticeable.

“My house ended up being completed 3 months earlier than excepted which I was particularly pleased about since it meant that I was able to move in and get settled in time for the New Year. The whole buying process was easy and straightforward and the aftercare has been great.

“I would definitely recommend Llanmoor to anyone looking to buy a house. They offer great value for money and I really couldn’t fault the service I have received.”

Elms Farm

Andrea Holland and Mark Jones bought a 4-bed Llancarfan home at Elms Farm in Llanharry in 2015.

Andrea said: “We chose the Llancarfan home because we loved the open-plan kitchen and diner which spans the rear of the house. It is a lovely sociable space as you can be cooking in the kitchen and chatting to people sitting in the lounge area at the same time.”

Andrea and Mark chose Llanmoor’s Elms Farm development due to its attractive location.

Andrea continued: “I had previously lived in Church Village for 20 years but as soon as I saw it, I loved Pontyclun village and the Llanharry area. I work in Cardiff Bay and Elms Farm is also really convenient for me to get to work. I can be on the M4 in a few minutes from my home and it then only takes me 20 minutes to get to Cardiff Bay and to my work.

“I had never before bought a Llanmoor home but we were won over by the very high quality and finish of their properties. I would definitely recommend Llanmoor to anyone looking to buy a new home.”

Pentre Felin

Mr and Mrs Burnell bought a home at Llanmoor’s attractive Pentre Felin development in Tondu, Bridgend in 2013. The couple, who have never bought a new build home before, chose the popular ‘Llansannor’ home, a 3 bedroom detached property.

Having previously visited the Pentre Felin development to gain an idea of properties on the market, the Burnells instantly fell in love with the Llanmoor show home due to its stylish finish and high quality build.

Mrs Burnell said: “We chose a Llanmoor home because we went to look at the show home and fell in love with it. We especially liked the fact that 3 bedroom homes were available in a variety of styles at the development.”

“We love the style and layout of houses built by Llanmoor and the Pentre Felin development was perfect as it is just minutes from our old home. We are thrilled with our new home and I would encourage other people to visit the show home and see for themselves the beautiful homes Llanmoor offer.”

Pentre Felin, Tondu

Mr and Mrs Meredith bought their third Llanmoor Homes property in 2013. The couple previously owned two properties at Llanmoor’s Cefn Cadno development in Llanharan, but this time they chose the very popular 3-bedroom, semi-detached ‘Bayswater’ design at Llanmoor’s Pentre Felin development in Tondu, Bridgend.

Mr Meredith said, “My wife and I continue to buy Llanmoor properties because they offer the perfect product for us. We Buy to Let and so it is very important that we are able to keep within our budget, without compromising on quality. Llanmoor offer a high quality property with a superior finish, but at an affordable price.

“We have always received excellent service on both of the developments we have bought on and the sales consultants are always friendly and eager to help. We would recommend Llanmoor Homes to other buyers and have already done so in the past as it is a high quality, affordable option for people who want to Buy to Let.”

St Ilid’s Meadow Development

Christina and Daryl Money were the first residents to move into the St Ilid’s Meadow development and have been delighted with their 4 bedroom detached ‘Colwinston’ home. The couple were able to purchase their home thanks to the Help to Buy Wales shared equity scheme.

Christina said: “Initially we didn’t want to look at new housing developments because we thought that they would be very built-up with small plots and fewer parking spaces but the Sales Negotiator, Sue, really sold it to us. She assured us that Llanmoor houses are designed with larger plots so residents can have more outdoor space and this was immediately obvious when we first visited the site and saw the show home.”

“We looked at some older homes as well, but we found that the layouts of Llanmoor’s homes were much more open and spacious. The Colwinston has a very large garden and lots of extra parking spaces. We chose St Ilid’s Meadow because of the proximity to good schools and the location in a quieter area away from the motorway. We were looking for something long-term and this house has everything we wanted, it’s our forever home!”

Christina continued, “If it wasn’t for Help to Buy we would never have been able to afford a house of this size and quality, and it was only when Sue made us aware that we were eligible for the scheme that we considered it.

“We had a great experience buying with Llanmoor and Sue was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We also met with the site manager, Mark, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in the work he does and ensures everything on the site is done properly. The house is very well made and no corners have been cut. In truth we can’t praise Llanmoor enough!”
